Complete interior renovations to an existing bathroom, master bedroom, and den were achieved at the Tate Residence. In order to accomodate the client, the bathroom was made totally handicap accessible with a curbless shower, brushed satin nickel grab bars, floating sink, titling mirror, and adjustable shower fittings, all of which also enhance the project's contemporary aesthetic. The project dealt simultaneously with various exterior improvements.
