MUSC Nurses Dormitory, Charleston, SC

This fifty year old dormitory is an example of one of our adaptive re-use projects. It was renovated and changed to offices for physicians and other healthcare professionals. Included in the scope of this project are interior renovations, reconfiguration of existing space, full electrical upgrade (lighting, telephone, data lines), central HVAC (floors 1 and 2), ADA compliance, fire protection, and elevator upgrade. In addition to adding a ramp for the use of handicapped visitors and employees, the front entrance has been reopened for use.
