MUSC and Cummings & McCrady, Inc. have a long history of work together.  Projects range from large-scale buildings to small scale targeted work.  Our knowledge and experience with the University, its processes, and medical profession allow us to provide efficient, accurate services to suit their needs.  In addition to those examples pictured here we have created the Pediatric Dentistry Suite, Nurse Training, and observation facilities, and completed an investigation for the rehabilitation of historic structures on the MUSC Campus.            

For the Andersen Kitchen House & Vince-Mosley Building extensive water intrusion & restoration studies were undertaken to identify & provide remedial repairs. Modular Operating Rooms were created to provide a solution to a problem of time and construction constraints.  Fully equipped, they were shipped to the project site and lifted by crane to their location on the fourth floor.  These facilities were in service in 3 days after arrival on the ground.           

The McLennan-Banks Ambulatory Care Center is a 6 million dollar facility-containing exam & procedure rooms, imaging facilities and administrative space.  The modular design of the second floor examination suite allows division of the space into different sizes to serve the needs of diverse disciplines within one facility.
