The fourth floor renovation of Alumni Hall included interior and exterior work, window replacement, re-roofing, a new elevator and the conversion of dorm rooms into classroom and office space.

The newly renovated facility houses an experimental medical instruction program. The medical diagnostic training classrooms allow MUSC instructors to observe medical students in the practice of examining and diagnosing various conditions.
