Cummings & McCrady completed a study, along with 4SE and the Sheridan Corporation structural engineers on Charleston's Seawall. The study included a condition assessment, historic research, detailed condition investigation, and comprehensive engineering analysis and repair recommendation.

Cummings & McCrady is now carrying out a the restoration project of the seawall, based on the previous study and evaluation.
